1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "kkeb", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the kkeb online betting and casino service accessible at https://kkeb.io and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and progressive web app interfaces.
• "You", "the Player", or "the User" refers to any individual who registers an account with kkeb or otherwise accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by you upon successful registration, through which you access all betting, casino, and payment functions of the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT amount held in your Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, unsettled winnings, and any applicable bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before any withdrawal is processed, comprising identity document submission and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole transactional currency of the Platform. All monetary references use the ৳ symbol or the abbreviation BDT.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable cash, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total).

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the kkeb Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply together with, and should be read alongside, the kkeb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.3 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

2.4 kkeb reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the email address registered to your Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal or security reasons, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Access to and use of the kkeb Platform is restricted to natural persons who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by kkeb or by any other gaming operator to which kkeb has access;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account with kkeb that was suspended, closed for breach, or otherwise terminated for cause.

3.2 kkeb may request documentary evidence of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending resolution.

3.3 Any individual who registers an Account or places a bet while ineligible under clause 3.1 will have their Account closed immediately. All funds in the Account that represent winnings derived from ineligible play will be forfeited. Deposits net of any such winnings will be returned via the original payment channel where technically possible.

3.4 kkeb actively prohibits underage gambling. The Platform employs age verification controls at the point of first withdrawal and may employ pre-registration age checks at its discretion. Any person who knowingly facilitates underage access to the Platform — including sharing account credentials with a person under 21 — is in breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money betting and casino features, you must create a single registered Account by completing the registration process in full and providing accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields.

4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.3 You must notify kkeb promptly if any registered information changes, including your email address, phone number, or payment method details. Failure to keep registration information current may result in delayed withdrawals or account access issues for which kkeb bears no liability.

4.4 kkeb reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating reasons. Registration does not confer any right to use the Platform in perpetuity, and kkeb may withdraw access at its discretion subject to the provisions of clause 11.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

5.2 kkeb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, social media, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from kkeb that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.3 All activity that occurs under your Account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you have previously notified kkeb of unauthorised access in accordance with clause 5.4.

5.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kkeb support immediately via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. kkeb will suspend the Account pending investigation and will take reasonable steps to determine the extent of any unauthorised activity.

5.5 You must not share your Account with, or transfer access to, any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the kkeb Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkeb does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account dashboard.

6.3 Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. kkeb reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method availability without advance notice.

6.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a successful deposit into the same Account, except where kkeb explicitly approves an alternative withdrawal channel for verified account holders.

6.5 Completion of the KYC verification process is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. kkeb may request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. The platform targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for fully verified accounts, but this is a target and not a contractual guarantee. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

6.6 kkeb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in respect of any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending completion of its investigation. In such cases, kkeb will notify you of the hold and its anticipated duration where legally permissible to do so.

6.7 Deposits must be funded from accounts or payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned where identifiable.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets are accepted subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport or event, which are published within the kkeb sportsbook interface and may be updated periodically.

7.2 kkeb reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the bet was placed on the basis of incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or operator mistake. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Account from which it was placed.

7.3 In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and to real-time confirmation. A bet is not accepted until it is confirmed in your Account's Bet History with the status "Confirmed". Bets shown as "Pending" remain subject to kkeb's acceptance at its discretion.

7.4 Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not proceed as scheduled, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply. For cricket events, where fewer than the minimum scheduled overs are completed, the specific market rules for that format — available within the kkeb cricket betting section — determine whether the bet stands or is voided.

7.5 The minimum single-bet stake is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and account tier and are enforced at the point of bet placement.

8. Casino Game Rules

8.1 All casino games available on the kkeb Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, instant games, and virtual games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

8.2 Each casino game operates according to the rules specific to that game, which are accessible within the game interface. kkeb accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules before wagering.

8.3 All random-outcome casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs). Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios with independently audited dealing and shuffle procedures. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are those provided by the respective game provider and are set at the game level, not adjusted by kkeb.

8.4 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active casino game session, the game state will be restored from the last confirmed server-side game state upon reconnection. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system failure on kkeb's side, the stake for that round will be returned to the Account. kkeb bears no liability for disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

8.5 Jackpot prizes displayed within progressive jackpot games are funded by a network contribution mechanism managed by the relevant game provider. The current jackpot value displayed is indicative and may differ from the value at the exact moment of a triggering event due to network latency.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 All bonus offers and promotions made available by kkeb are governed by specific promotional terms published at the point of each offer. These Terms & Conditions apply generally to all promotional activity; where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

9.2 Bonus Funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. In the event that all real-money funds in the Account are exhausted before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

9.3 Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following default contribution rates apply: sportsbook bets at combined odds of 1.50 or above — 100%; live casino games — 10%; slots — 100%; instant games — 50%; table games (non-live) — 10%.

9.4 kkeb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice where it determines that the promotion is being abused, exploited through systematic wagering patterns, or where technical errors affect the integrity of the offer.

9.5 The use of multiple Accounts, false identities, or coordinated account networks to claim the same promotion more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and the closure of all involved Accounts.

9.6 Welcome bonuses and sign-up promotions are available to new registered players only. One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method applies.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkeb Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with casino games;
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game type;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Placing bets that, in kkeb's reasonable assessment, constitute systematic arbitrage exploitation intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or operators;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward kkeb staff;
• Permitting or facilitating access to your Account by any person under the age of 21.

10.2 Where kkeb determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that any of the above conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to: void all affected bets; cancel all pending withdrawals; forfeit some or all Account balances; close the Account permanently; and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 kkeb reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the Account represents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the safety of other players.

11.2 Where an Account is closed by kkeb for cause under clause 11.1, any balance representing legitimate deposited funds — net of any winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be returned to you via the original deposit channel at kkeb's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

11.3 You may request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting kkeb support. Where you have an active self-exclusion request, closure requests will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy. Where no self-exclusion is in place, kkeb will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a positive balance may be subject to an administrative dormancy charge of ৳200 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. kkeb will notify you by email before applying any dormancy charge.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 kkeb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its player base. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools available to all registered players, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

12.2 Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period, which may range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion, kkeb will use all reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded player from accessing their Account and will not send promotional communications to the player.

13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of personalised promotions where you have opted in to marketing communications.

13.3 kkeb will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to service providers acting under kkeb's instruction, and to regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law.

14. Intellectual Property

14.1 All intellectual property rights in the kkeb Platform — including but not limited to the kkeb brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, original game content, text, graphics, and data compilations — are and remain the exclusive property of kkeb or its licensors.

14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. No broader licence is granted or implied.

14.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, frame, mirror, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of kkeb.

14.4 Third-party game content made available through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is used by kkeb under licence. Any separate terms imposed by a game provider in respect of that content are incorporated into these Terms to the extent applicable.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 The kkeb Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkeb makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds data, or freedom from technical errors.

15.2 kkeb's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.3 kkeb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses — including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.

15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits kkeb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

16.1 kkeb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute is the version that applies to the resolution of that dispute, except where an amendment was implemented without adequate notice, in which case the pre-amendment version may apply at kkeb's discretion.

16.2 Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their Account prior to the amendment taking effect, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days except in cases of urgent legal or security necessity.

16.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at kkeb.io/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred in the first instance to kkeb's internal dispute resolution process.

17.2 To initiate a dispute, you must contact kkeb support in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute, the amount in question (if applicable), and your proposed resolution. kkeb will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

17.3 kkeb's decision in respect of bet settlement disputes is final where it is based on the published settlement rules for the relevant market and the official result data used by the Platform. Exceptions may be considered where clear and demonstrable data errors are identified.
